Cinder Toffee Review
Johnsons cinder toffee is a real treat. Think crunchie but better!
Baking with it is not easy as heat changes the texture, which you don’t want to do. It is delicious crushed and added to frostings and desserts.
Cupcakes and cakes, crush your cinder toffee and add it to buttercream then use as a topping or filling.
My favourite was to crush it and top vanilla ice-cream, this was so lovely.
